Windstream declares 25-cent dividend for 25th consecutive quarter

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Windstream Corp.’s (Nasdaq: WIN) board of directors today declared regular quarterly dividends on the company’s common stock.

The 25-cent dividend is payable Oct. 15, 2012, to stockholders of record as of Sept. 28, 2012.

This is the 25th consecutive 25-cent quarterly dividend declaration since the company’s formation.
