Effective immediately, Windstream can install, configure and maintain the router on a customer's premises, providing the convenience and simplicity of having both their data and equipment services managed by a single provider. The service is a perfect complement to any next-generation data product offered by Windstream – Ethernet Internet, Dedicated Internet, VPN and VLS services. “Basically, it's a ‘plug and play’ arrangement for our business customers. Customers may choose the level of warranty, from 4-hour to next-day replacement or repair of faulty equipment, based on their individual business needs.
